The I-90 Road Trip
This was one of (3) cross-country adventures during my 2-year tenure in Ann Arbor, Michigan while I earned my Masters in Architecture. This would also begin my evangelism for every American (if means allow) to traverse this immense continent via automobile. And to switch it up, last fall was I-80, and this spring, I-90.
In the Fall, Brandon and I had visited Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park and this time, it was my sister, Anna, and my turn to explore them in the spring. While it was indeed “spring” in Michigan, it was more like late winter in Montana/Wyoming, thus planning was critical as many roads were closed. Check out this post for more National Park planning.
The drive was beautiful and of particular note were detours to Badlands National Park (no post as it was just a drive-through) and Black Hills National Forest.
